Hi, I’m Sarah.I'm a doctor of Acupuncture and practitioner of Eastern medicine, weaving both into my professional practice and personal life since 2015.In recent years, I've deepened my expertise in psychology through the lens of Chinese medicine. This journey continues to humble and fascinate me daily. The field of human mental health is ever-evolving, and I love being a lifelong student.In my practice, there’s no “right way” to achieve health.While new research may sway opinions on the latest wellness trends, I've learned through years of experience that healing is deeply personal.
